Temp to Hire

This program allows a temporary employee to be placed in a position with a company for a designated timeframe and then hired by the company if they prove to be an asset.

Direct Hire

This program allows a candidate to be placed directly with a company.  We assume all pre-employment responsibilities such as: recruitment, interviewing, reference checks, job skills verification, background checks, and pre-employment drug testing.

Buy Out

This Program allows a temporary employee to be hired permanently at any time during their assignment.  Once the employee is hired permanently, they are no longer an employee of ABS and the new employer assumes full responsibility for that person.

Employee Leasing

This program allows an employee to be temporarily hired by our organization at the request of an employer, in an effort to reduce company expenses, while maintaining a full staff.

Qualifying Service

This program allows ABS to accept employment applications on behalf of the employer, perform background checks, e-verification, reference checks, job skills verification, and/or perform the initial interview in order to match an employee to a specific job. Once the most qualified candidates are identified, interviews are scheduled with the employer.
